Hieronymus Bosch is a tea house located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. They brought a new concept to the European market by selling a broad variety of slightly hallucinogenic tea. I was commissioned to develop the visual identity with the main task of putting the new variety of tea and the boldness of the whole idea in a traditional context. I began developing the visual identity by using details from one of the most emblematic paintings of Bosch, The Garden of Earthly Delights. To highlight the beautiful surreal scenes, I designed a minimalist logo inspired by the shoji screens, often associated with the traditional Japanese tea houses.
